A: Yes, we deliver across all cities in Pakistan directly to your doorstep.

Q3: How long does delivery take?

A: Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days depending on your location.

Q4: What if I receive a broken or damaged toy?

A: Don’t worry. We will exchange it for a new, identical toy at no extra cost. Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for claim timelines.

Q5: Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

A: Yes, we exchange damaged or incorrect products. Refunds are also available after we receive and inspect the returned item. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Q6: Is there a warranty on products?

A: We offer a 24-hour check warranty (or 48 hours for select products) to ensure you received the correct item in good condition. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are mentioned in product descriptions.

Q7: Can you gift-wrap my order?

A: Absolutely! We can gift-wrap your purchase and even include a customized name card with your personal message.

Q8: Are there delivery charges?

A: Yes, a flat delivery fee of PKR 195 applies nationwide. This fee is not included in the product price.

A: Yes, we accept online bank transfers and credit/debit cards in addition to Cash on Delivery.
