Our promise. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will make it right — with a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund.

Return window. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of the day your order is delivered. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Conditions for return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please keep your order number or receipt.

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: kids' cosmetics and makeup playsets, putty/slime products, and inflatable pools that have been filled with water — unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. Open your parcel on camera if you can, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kidzdepotpk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — including delivery charges — at no cost to you.

Electronic and battery-operated toys. Remote-control cars, drones, robots, and other electronic toys are covered against manufacturing faults for 7 days from delivery. Faults caused by drops, water damage, or incorrect batteries are not covered.

How to start a return. Email kidzdepotpk@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. If your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions and return address by email. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unapproved returns cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we pay return shipping. If you changed your mind, return shipping is paid by you.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your refund by email. Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days: prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method; Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account you provide.

Exchanges. Want a different item instead? Tell us when you request the return and we will ship the replacement as soon as the original is on its way back to us.
