4. “Not Liking the Product” – Is That Covered?
No. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided simply because you change your mind or do not like the product. However, you may still contact us with your concerns, and we will review each case fairly.

The customer is responsible for returning the merchandise using a traceable delivery service (e.g., courier or registered post) to our address.

If a returned product is received in inadequate condition (e.g., used, damaged by customer, missing parts, or packaging destroyed), we reserve the right to reject the refund and send the product back to you at your expense.
