Where we deliver. We deliver across Pakistan through reputable courier partners.
Delivery time. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your city — major cities are typically faster than remote areas. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during sales, public holidays, or weather disruptions.
Delivery charges. Standard delivery is free for orders of Rs. 800 or more. Below that, the delivery charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.
Order tracking. As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS so you can follow it to your door.
Cash on Delivery. COD is available nationwide. The courier will collect the order amount in cash on delivery — please have the exact amount ready.
Missed deliveries. Our courier will attempt delivery up to two times and may call you to arrange it. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to reschedule (a re-delivery charge may apply).
Damaged parcels. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note it with the courier if possible and contact kidzdepotpk@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos — we will arrange a replacement or refund under our Refund & Exchange Policy.
