Welcome to KidzDepot.pk (https://kidzdepot.pk/). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, purchases, and interactions with our services. By accessing or using KidzDepot.pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Introduction

KidzDepot.pk is an online toy store serving customers across Pakistan. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Please review this page regularly.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or make a purchase.

  • If you are under 18, you may only use KidzDepot.pk under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Account Registration

  • Some features may require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • All activities under your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

  • KidzDepot.pk reserves the right to terminate accounts, cancel orders, or remove content at our discretion.

4. Product Information & Pricing

  • We strive to display product descriptions, images, and colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings.

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, even after confirmation.

5. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion (e.g., stock unavailability, suspicious activity).

  • Payment methods accepted: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer (details provided at checkout).

  • For high-value orders (PKR 10,000 or more from first-time customers), we may require an advance payment (partial or full) before dispatch. Customers with a proven order history may be exempted.

  • Advance payments must be made to the bank account provided by KidzDepot.pk. Bank account details will be shared upon request.

6. Order Confirmation for High-Value Orders

  • First-time customers with order value ≥ PKR 10,000: We may request a percentage of the total amount as confirmation before shipping.

  • Returning customers with successful order history: We may waive the advance payment requirement.

  • Our team reserves the right to assess each high-value order individually.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • A flat shipping fee of PKR 195 per order applies to all destinations within Pakistan (subject to change).

  • Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon courier handover. However, damaged items are covered under our Refund & Exchange Policy (see Section 8).

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

8.1 When You Can Request a Return/Exchange

We accept returns only if:

  • The product was received damaged or faulty.

  • The product received is not identical to what you ordered.

8.2 Conditions for Return

  • Product must be unwashed, unused, with original tags and undamaged manufacturer packaging.

  • Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box.

8.3 Time Limit for Complaints

  • Any complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Send a short video and clear photos to support@kidzdepot.pk.

8.4 “Not Liking the Product”

Refund or exchange will not be provided simply because you change your mind or dislike the product. However, you may contact us for a case review.

8.5 Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for returning the item via traceable courier or registered post at their own expense.

  • Original delivery charges will not be refunded.

  • Returned product must reach our warehouse within 7 working days from the complaint date.

8.6 Color Disclaimer

Product colors may vary from screen display. Color variations are not covered under this policy unless you paid extra for a specific color and received the wrong one.

8.7 Inadequate Return Condition

If a returned product is in inadequate condition (e.g., used, damaged by customer, missing parts, or packaging destroyed), we reserve the right to reject the refund and send it back to you at your expense.

8.8 Refund Process

  • Refund requests are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds are made only if:

    • Product was damaged/faulty or mismatched, OR

    • We were unable to fulfill your order and you paid in advance.

  • Refunds will be credited directly to your bank account (you must provide valid account details).

9. Warranty Policy

  • KidzDepot.pk does not offer direct warranty claims.

  • Warranty availability depends on the product brand. If a product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, it will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

  • For warranty claims, you may need to contact the manufacturer or brand directly.

9.1 Check Warranty (24-Hour Inspection)

We offer a 24-hour check warranty from the time of delivery. During this period, you can inspect the product to ensure it matches your order and is free from defects. After 24 hours, no warranty claims will be accepted.

10. User-Generated Content & Comments

  • Users may post comments, suggestions, or reviews on our website.

  • Prohibited content includes: illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, bullying, infringing intellectual property, invasive of privacy, spam, or containing viruses.

  • Comments posted by users do not necessarily reflect our opinions. We are not liable for user-generated content.

  • KidzDepot.pk reserves the right to remove or edit any content without notice.

11. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

  • All content on KidzDepot.pk – including product descriptions, images, videos, logos, trademarks, and promotional material – is either owned by us or licensed from vendors.

  • You may not duplicate, reproduce, distribute, or misuse any content from this website or our official social media pages without written permission.

  • If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please notify us at legal@kidzdepot.pk and we will investigate.

12. Logos, Trademarks & Marks

You are not allowed to use any service marks, trademarks, logos, or characters appearing on KidzDepot.pk or our social media pages without prior written permission from us and the respective brand owner.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal information is strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Your information may be shared only with:

    • Delivery couriers (name, address, phone number).

    • Payment processors (for transaction verification).

    • Legal authorities if required by law.

  • We store and process your data on secure servers in compliance with Pakistani data protection principles.

14. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, KidzDepot.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

    • Use or inability to use our website or products.

    • Delay in delivery or service.

    • Loss of revenue, profits, or data.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KidzDepot.pk, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your misuse of our website or services.

  • Any breach of representation made by you.

16. Force Majeure

KidzDepot.pk shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform due to Force Majeure events, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, storms).

  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, riots.

  • Changes in applicable laws or regulations.

  • Strikes, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

  • Fire, explosions, or other calamities.

17. Identity & Verification Liability

KidzDepot.pk is not responsible for investigating, verifying, or screening the identity, credentials, or information provided by any user, including payment method validity. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your information.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

19. Agency & Relationship

No partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and KidzDepot.pk through these Terms.

20. Promotions, Deals & Offers

  • From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, or deals on our website or social media pages.

  • Each offer will have specific terms, time limits, and conditions.

  • KidzDepot.pk reserves the final authority to interpret and resolve any disputes related to promotions.
